We chose Microsoft Dynamics 2016 for many reasons, including being able to deploy it over our existing global networks, while having the option to move to its cloud based cousin Dynamics 365 in the future.
We chose Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights for a couple of reasons. First, we saw it would be really fast and easy for us to get started with it. Second, Customer Insights integrates readily with Power BI dashboards and other technologies.

As we’ve moved Dynamics 365 for Operations into the cloud, we no longer have equipment to maintain our existing servers. We’re beginning to shut them down and minimize our footprint locally, which gives our team more time to focus on our customers
